I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was only 2 blocks away from the beach. I loved being able to walk to the sea and enjoy the beautiful views. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it really convenient. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the swimming pool, especially the part that had shade from the building. It was a great relief from the hot sun during the day. I found this hotel to be a great choice for my stay in this city.
Nothing bad to say. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't think of any negatives.

Our group of friends recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, just 2 blocks away from the beach. The rooms had a balcony, a comfortable bed, and a small fridge. The staff was nice, except for the night receptionist. We enjoyed the pool, although it closed early at 7 pm. There were many dining options within walking distance, including Subway and Domino's. The hotel had a good restaurant with tasty food, but the portions were small. a decent hotel for the price.
The breakfast timing was inconvenient, ending at 9 am. It would have been better if it lasted until 11 am to accommodate late risers.

My recent stay at Hotel Tayrona in Santa Marta was absolutely delightful. I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, just two blocks away. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the swimming pool, especially the shaded area that provided relief from the scorching sun. I must mention the other hotel in the same street, Hotel Tayrona de Mar, which was stunningly beautiful, albeit more expensive. This was my second time staying at Tayrona and I will definitely return in the future.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, and a nice swimming pool with shady areas. There are many nearby restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring. However, the breakfast can be improved. A friendly tip: try eating at a nearby restaurant called Donde Chucho Rodadero for fresh food, low prices, and friendly service.

I had a fantastic time at a hotel in Santa Marta with a great location just two blocks away from the sea. The surrounding area was filled with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore, making it convenient for me to walk everywhere. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the amazing swimming pool, which provided a refreshing respite from the hot sun. The hotel also had a part of the pool shaded by the building, allowing me to enjoy the pool without being exposed to the full sun. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is perfect - just two blocks away from the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted, without any hassle. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The attention to detail was evident, especially in the rooms with balconies offering an almost panoramic view of the sea. It really made our stay feel special. Lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast provided. The buffet had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, juice, and hot beverages. It was the perfect fuel for a day of exploring and enjoying the beach.
Honestly, I couldn't find anything to fault during my stay. Everything was ok.

The location was great, just two blocks from the beach, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a plus. However, the room I was given was not up to my standards. It was small and basic, with no view to speak of. The bathroom lacked hot water, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel had a pool and a decent breakfast area, which was a nice touch.
One downside was the limited breakfast options. The breakfast was only served until 9am, which was too early for someone like me who prefers to relax in the mornings.
